Blessed Sacrament Reunion

Welcome...This blog site was created to provide a forum for Blessed Sacrament Alumni to reconnect and share memories. It's our hope that reliving the laughter and recalling the antics can bring us all back to a time when life was so much less complicated!

I was in Gary today to see a client and I drove up to the church...it's so sad and lonely...Beth said that the diocese may be closing the church as it cannot support itself anymore...:(

I can remember the bells going off during school. It would be sad to close our church!!

The picture of the belltower reminded me of Fr. Lou's sense of humor. He once told some of us that the four bells were named Jesus, Mary, Joseph and Louie.

Another time he told us he had received a comb as a present. He then said it was a great present and he would never part with it.

Good memory Mark.
It seems everyone is talking about there memory these days.
It wasn't that long ago that we did or said or even heard all of this stuff.
We just needed refreshed..
Thanks Mark for all the help you have done in finding class mates.
Your quite the detective.

And Girls Mr. Kacmar is quite a looker these days.

He was also one of the young ones in our class. May 13th is his 50th.

Sorry Mark I couldn't keep it a secret...
