We may have only won 2 games all season but nothing brought our class together like that team.

Hi Jerry class of 72 welcome aboard.
We loved our team, when you lost you lost big but the whole class was proud of your stamina to keep on going.
The Cheerlearders were always rooting for you, win or loose.
Great picture by the way.
Why don't you post the story about you guys sliding down the halls on your knee's.

Hey Jerry, The reason why we only won 2 games all year was because we were all 5'3". Lenny Skeirys was taller so he was our center. He was 5'3 1/2"!!! Clearly we were outsized in every game we played. I was always thankful that the cheerleaders rooted for us despite the fact that we didn't score many points each game.
We were not only outsized. We were far less focused on team sports than most of the schools we played. Lets face it, all you needed to do to play for us was to show up. Every male in our class was on the team. We would have done much better if we would have had a few players taller than 5'3. We played with heart and never gave up.
