moodyblues said...: I may lose some "Santa" jobs come late December, but I'm right there with ya, gurl friend! I have the luxury of 10 weeks summer break now, so I'll either jump on the exercise bike and go raw veggies--or sit at the computer and snack! :)

I need a "diet buddy"--maybe one of my cats (Justin) can jump the treadmill with me. I rescued his mom and her 5 sons 11 years ago, and Justin is the biggest at around 20 pounds. A kitty the size of a small hound! He was so cute as a 5-week old when I found them under the next-door neighbor's porch. His four brothers were regular kitty baby sized and he was lookin' even then like he'd be a big boy. He's such a soft, gentle soul, though!

OK, Cheryl, I'm doing salads and melons and fruits tomorrow! (Maybe a dark chocolate bar every day, too--I found one that has no milk or other animal stuff, plus research shows how healthy chocolate is!!! How CONVENIENT!! :)

Beth said...: Dieting has never been a part of my daily life mainly because I don't believe in FAT FREE ANYTHING.
But since the 50's have entered my world if find that the extra Hershy bar each night may be going right to my tummy. And it doesn't matter how many sit ups I do the jelly rolls keep on coming.

Mr. Zagar, don't preach to me about the vegetarian diet please, I won't give up my Hershys or meat.
I'll find away or just live with the jelly rolls.

I do like the Merlot Diet.
